Massage

Massage can be used to reduce or eliminate pain, reduce stress and anxiety, speed up healing time, rehabilitate injuries, as well as enhance a person's overall health and well-being. Many types and variations of massage therapy exist, as well as specialized upgrades for massage. My specialties in massage are:

Kyo Jung Therapy

A traditional Korean form of physical manipulation. Kyo Jung incorporates assisted stretches, medical massage, and the use of props to open up the muscles and joints to realign the body structures. It can also restore healthy movement to the body, lessen everyday aches and pains, and bring awareness to the posture to correct physical imbalances and facilitate change.

  • Reflexology: Focus specifically to the pressure points of the hands & feet

  • Acupressure: A technique similar to Acupuncture, only performed without acupuncture needles. It’s based on the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which utilize “meridians” and their accompanying acupuncture points to effectively bring relief by re-balancing the body. Physical pressure is applied to the acupuncture points to clear blockages in the body. Good for pain management, nausea, headaches, stress and anxiety
